The Eye of CreationWhen time began, there were no planets. Not even the stars burned in the eternal vacuum of space. Desolation held absolute domain. Or, so it would seem. In the midst of the endless absence, however, there was one solitary being: an eye, forever unblinking, which was covered in writhing arms. These arms waved, filled with discontent and ennui, for countless millennia. After ages of restlessness, the Eye brought the first creation into existence, in an effort to satisfy his need for entertainment. If I Were Me, Part 2When the car stopped I was in a small town in Missouri. "Welcome to Bellewood", a sign told me as a drove into the city limits. I dug deeper into the heart of this place, hoping to open mine as I did. It was about the same size as the town I had just escaped, but with less industry. Mostly just commercial and residential. I drove down the main street of this town. Store after store rolled by: coffee house, antique store, bank, lawyer, antique store.
